Cartoonists For Japan

Cartoonists For Japan was created by a large group of cartoonists and other artists worldwide as a site to entertain the public, and to encourage all to support Mercy Corps whose banner is showcased at the top of our site.   If you click on their banner and contribute, we do not see your donation, your name or any details. It is a secure site at Mercy Corps.   We do not accept checks, money orders, jewelry, real estate or any other item of value as we are not a nonprofit.  Mercy Corps is;  so 100% of your money benefits Mercy Corps and you will receive a donation receipt for your 100% tax deductible donation (from Mercy Corp).

Mercy Corps has had troops on the ground in Japan from the start, and are working harder than any other such group and saving lives on a daily basis.  I have seen them at work in Haiti and I know the miracles they can perform.  Of all the groups that are helping, Mercy Corps is known to be the best.  The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation supports their efforts in Japan as do many other foundations and corporations. These donations are extremely important but do not come close to covering the costs of the expenses to help Japan. It is the large volume of small donations that will make a tremendous difference. Please donate if you can. You are still more than welcome to view our art, even if you are unable to donate. There is no fee.

We will be adding cartoons, fine art, photography, and music videos  weekly and hopefully daily to CFJ.  We hope you visit and enjoy.  Please visit us often and if you are able, give something to Mercy Corp to help save a life.  You will feel better because you really will have saved lives.  They will appreciate it too.

Our goal is to open a shop at Zazzle or one of the other Print On Delivery firms and donate 100% of proceeds to Mercy Corp.  Then possibly a compilation book of the cartoons; with also 100% to benefit Japan, also through Mercy Corps.
